ALPHA RELEASE OF gcdb 1.2!  December 1, 2002
FILENAME: core-20021201.tgz

It is largely finished except for billing.  This is
for alpha testing!  Send patches to jcermak @ SF.
I will return after December 12th.

Instructions:
  1. Setup apache/https/php
  2. Unpack gcdb-20021201.tgz 
  3. The gcdb/dbdump/structure will show you the
     structure of the database.   Create a separate
     database that is different than your production
     database.
  4. Sample data is in gcdb/dbdump/testing_for_v1.2_mod_dns
  5. Data structures should not change significantly, this
     code should be a good model for other versions of gcdb
     in this project (aka gcdb2)

Project note:
  Billing testing/completion should be completed in
  December with a Beta release in December.

  1st qtr of 2003, Documentation Cycle, bug fixes to
   CVS, gcdb 1.2.1 at end of March

They most likely have bugs.  If you send a bug report 
from this code base, please indicate:

core or main and the date of the snapshot!

What is the difference between the two?

main: contains more features than core

core: is a base that will only contain basic features
      upon which features can be built.   Bugs with
      this version can be sent to jcermak @ SF.
